I went to Lookout Mountain and I think I paid around $750 to get my Hang 2. I would get a package that allows you to get a Hang 2 rating. Sorry, I just noticed your question.

it was pretty dodgy... haha.... I have to know Wes, I want to start hang gliding on my own.... I mean get my qualifications and whatnot, I have enough for the beginner course which is $165... and I've found a class for 600 dollars. The place by me has a full lesson plan for 2000, but is the 600 dollar one the same? Would I be able to get a pilot rating from it? I'll give you the link

actually, scratch that.... not 600... but I wonder if I pay for the beginner lesson, and then the fee for extra lessons If I would learn everything required to get my pilot rating so I could fly solo?
