Reports of rising cases of cancer in Iraqis is being blamed on radiation left over from depleted uranium used in U.S. missiles which were dropped on Iraq. Iraq's doctors are requesting for the U.N. and World Health Organisation to investigate the areas in Iraq which are believed to be contaminated with radiation.

  • Why is the WHO remaining silent about this ?

  • When they use it in fighting, it DOES explode, so thus, it causes these problems

  • It could be the depleted uranium. It could be some other nasty stuff that was left over from the war. I don't think there's nearly enough radiation in DU to do it, but the stuff is poisonous when it's exploded into powder.
