@MilesLiliana They probably only saw the parachute, not Kim/Rufus/Killigan. I'm more surprised they didn't hear the fighting going on a floor or two above/below them. I mean, I can get the parents missing it, but Ron should be extremely familiar with the sounds of Kim fighting Shego, Monkey Fist's monkey ninjas, and the explosion of exploding golf balls...
