The Z way cover is missing on the mill in the video. My IH mill Z way cover did not stay in place either. I replaced the thin plastic guides inside of the accordion cloth cover with ones made from 1/" in. alu. accurately made to fit the dovetails so they can't get out of alignment. I tapped them for screws to hold the cloth on. I used a dovetail cutter.

cs at 3:10 for example. I had many problems at first. The kit was bought from IH in 2007 when Aaron Moss owned the company. I think the new owners have improved the system.

How do you like the Industrial Hobbies CNC mill ... it pretty accurate?
Seems like a good deal at $10K seeing how it has a capacity similar to that of a turret mill.
