  • i have a bump on 1 side...i went to the doctor and he checked it and said that there is something but its nothing serious (like my right side is more stretched then the other) and told me that i can train how much i like... could it be that its nothing serious and that i can train normally ?

  • @RightOverhand great

  • @nabilebraheim yeah, now i started training again... and i can feel very very small pain and sometimes its clicking... now im really starting to doubt what my doctor said

  • @RightOverhand thank you

  • Hi doctor, I need your advice. I had stretched my arms early in the morning and suddenly there's a knuckle sound and pain on my chest. It was first painful but after days pass, I just saw my sternoclavicular bone popped out from my left. And my left shoulder always had a knuckle sound too mostly everyday. I'm just wondering is the cause of it and what treatment should be best for me? Please let me know. Thank you.
