well I'm totally a veggie hater I don't like any veggie except broccoli, potatoes, corn, and peas, but as a diet I've done that Special K diet that shows on the box and it works awesomely I lost 15 pounds in 1 1/2 months, of course you have to exercise regularly for it to work or you won't burn off what you ate.
