does anyone LOVE the way the move "psychic" sounds in this game. it sounds so awesome i love hearing it, but it sounds boring in the newer games -_-

Ahhh, the channelers were my favorite! They'd make me laugh and their stance and get up intrigued me! (The FRLG sprites aren't as cool.) And just recently I felt sympathy for the sick one... Pokemon just wouldn't be the same without them.

Hear, hear. I like challenges but the only sort of challenge ppl seem interested in is nuzlocke. I've never tried, have no desire to.
There are probably more gruelling challenges IMO like beating with an unevolved bug (such as wurmple more recently) or using nothing but moves like constrict however.

@SnivyShadow666 for me, the drought theme was a little scary, only because it meant leathel heat, as for ghetsis's theme, there's a little of greevil's theme in XD:gale of darkness, so i'm use to his theme, i can still top that, listen to nascour's theme in colloseum version, as in the final battle theme, that one is the most oddest one ever :P
