You are right about customer service  @ExposingLames . It ain't what it used to be! You basically gotta infiltrate a webpage to track down a contact number, then u can't get a real person on the phone or a person that WILL FIX THE PROBLEM. E-mails are answered by a computer. I want to smack these fools!
