Vader's the chosen one. He kills the Palpatine and himself. He destroys the Sith.Just didn't happen when he should've done it. Luke just helped him make the choice to turn away from the dark side. Vader's sacrifice saved the Jedi.

@Paddy260991 the two droids are fundamental for the series, because for Lucas they had to tell the stories to the "Whill", an alien race to the '"Observer", the character of the Marvel comic "Fantastic 4"

@some1163 - not so sure about that myself. The other I believe is infact Leia (in episode 5, it was not yet confirmed). Vader/Anakin was the one to bring balance to the force, it was the sudden realisation of his love for his son that caused him to throw the emperor into the duct. It was that act (the realisation) that was the death of the emperor, and Leia could have invoked the same feeling for the same result. Luke was their choice for the primary operative, but Leia was the 'another' imo.
