This is all pure gospel truth! Psychologically, a woman that acquires a boyfriend or
man has the same mentality as a woman that gets a dog: they think that they own
them!
A single guy moaned to me once, "Women are the root of all evil". I said, "No, it's
the LOVE of women that is the root of all evil. Therefore, don't love 'em." He
agreed that I was right!

Youre in No Ma´ams land now baby!

This version by Tex Williams was #2 for eight weeks in 1947/48. It was kept out of #1 by Eddy Arnold's "I'll Hold You In My Heart."
-
I got my lesson today.

I think we'd be safe in saying that Tex had a great sense of humor and an artist's bent for the truth.

Great find, I had forgotten that one, along with his "Smoke Smoke Smoke that Cigarette". Thanks for posting. I will have to disagree with the song theme. I trust my Woman completely.
I've had my share of woman troubles like Tex tells us about. But the woman in the picture reminds me that I still like 'em.

Ahahaha two women gave this song a thumbs down. The phrase "the truth hurts" is around for a reason.
