The reciter is Muḥammad Ṣiddeeq al-Minshaawiyy (ṛaḥimahuḷ-ḷaah). Wa jazaakumuḷ-ḷaahu khaiṛaa.

@MavzBoy 'Alḥamdu lillaah. Jazaakumuḷ-ḷaahu khaiṛaa. Yes, it has a fatḥah [a] (e.g., Ṣaḥeeḥu Muslim, 868).
Wa 'antum fajazaakumuḷ-ḷaahu khaiṛaa.
