I think that just his personality makes him seem like he's high, but hes just super chill i guess...
But yeah he got sober along with almost all the other strokes members

Does he still drink and smoke?
I've seen videos of him at shows looking like he is drunk and at one show he even said "I'm so fucking stoned right now". I'm pretty sure they were more recent shows because he was playing songs from Phrazes For The Young and Angles.
But he said he quit so I'm rather confused. . . Anyone know?
