  • So here we are looking for life outside our planet, while we allow (or even CAUSE) species to go extinct due to OUR behaviour & pollution!!

    How dumb is that??

  • I have a feeling eventually some forms of "life" will be found in abundance throughout the universe,

but intelligent life, can't even find that on earth much, let alone the infinite amount of places you could search...

  • @iTellYouNoLie nar bro plenty of smart people on earth :P its just mostly stupid wankers on youtube who suddenly become scientists when they are on youtube ye know

  • @RunNJump101 sorry but in my opinion it has been military controlled from the start... the info is censored regularly & even images from the shuttle & ISS missions are censored with 'filters' on HD cameras so we can't see what is going on up there... sometimes things slip past the censors, but with all the HD technology we have today how hard can it be to put cameras on the ISS so that people can watch the Earth real-time? And why wasn't it done years ago? NASA... Never. A. Straight. Answer.

  • @RunNJump101 yes I know.. I'm one of them. That's why I'm so concerned about life 'out-there'... because there are many people who don't give a flying fig about life here... or anywhere else.

In case you've missed it NASA are increasingly 'military' & the military don't give a flying fig about human life let alone any other life whether on Earth or in Space. My point all along has been that we need ethical & moral 'progress' to go hand in hand with technological & scientific progress.

  • @RunNJump101 well maybe it's time people started thinking about it so that they CAN have an informed ethical starting point on how to treat other lifeforms when we inevitibly discover them. Of course the first step is learning to respect life here on Earth. That's all I was saying... & btw you still haven't explained how that was "selfish" of me?

  • @RunNJump101 I don't see how saying that we haven't learnt to respect life here on Earth is in any way "selfish"?? Havard fairly clean is it? wow! lol

I love all the space exploration stuff. I just think we need to learn about ethical & moral respect for life here on Earth before we will ever be able to respect it elsewhere in the Universe. We can't even respect higher lifeforms like Dolphins & Whales... what hope does a 'Methane based Lifeform' have on some rock in orbit around Saturn?

  • @iTellYouNoLie Do you realize how HUGE the universe is, it is almost impossible for there not to be intelligent life.

  • Evidence that their MAY be SIGNS of life. LOL This is just another part of the soft landing. Soon they will announce that aliens are real. The next step is to announce that they found microbs.

  • @VanKlaunch whats money exeot a way to make oneself more iportant than the next...we have resorses to fix all problems and explore the g;axy ...

  • "evidence that there may be signs of life" hehe something is definitely wrong with that sentence...

  • @jamilsuriel

other people eh? hmmm always other people isn't it?

any reason why your CAPLOCK is left on? No need to shout dude...
