@UJS8X hi.. well no but over time words change and the old translation for animositie is very different from the term we use today, for example if you look at the origin of the word- [Middle English animosite, from Old French, from Late Latin animsits, courage, from Latin animsus, bold, from animus, soul, spirit; see an- in Indo-European roots.] you get a better idea of why Saviolo uses this word. hope this helps.

Why does the seal at the beginning say "animositie?" Is that the mindset you really teach to your students?

From about 0.10, it looks like a much shorter sword would have the advantage.
