@wiredmass ---Originally I thought JD was bad -but I did like JD's solo stuff he is a great writer (as was Michael). After hearing & seeing this new guy Ciaran I believe INXS made a huge mistake -they should of continued writing new songs with JD instead of putting all their efforts on re-doing the original Inxs songs. Inxs also made many fans upset by tearing the original song apart and re-doing them -that was Michael's legacy with Inxs and they ripped them apart until they sucked.

@LittleArtyFarty ---Michael Hutchence wrote 90% of the lyrics -and Andrew wrote the musical part. Just about all the songs after their 3rd lp Michael wrote... those are his words he is singing.

brilliant vocal, best thing they can do is move away from the old sound - that is history. And Michael was such a unique singer. This does sound like U2 - but so what. It's not them, it's an authentic release. Good luck with it INXS.

funny, cos people used to say no micheal = no inxs. No people say no J.D. no INXS. Andrew Fariss wrote most of the INXS songs anyway so no Andrew = no INXS

definitely sounds like Bono, they were certainly my thoughts. I know people who love this song, but they weren't very familiar with INXS from the past. I was expecting something with a bit more of a beat for a new INXS song.
