@nadielove Well these are follow along videos so I typically do the abs, buttox, and legs- and I also do a pilates after that :). I usually workout for about an hour to an hour and a half. I do these 3-4 times a week. how about you?

@myworkout1997 I know, I've been doing this for about 2 weeks and i'm already seeing a difference. I really like the ab workouts, there pretty good. My stomach is already beginning to tighten up!!

Serious... You do the exorcise really really 2-fast!! it should be 4-5 seconds up and 2-3 down, and special if you can do 10 you do 15 if you can repeat it 15 times you do it 24 times... You shall start to sweating not be able to feed your baby and have a glass of whisky same time you do your exorcises.....
