For those of you who haven't seen this particular mess up yet it features a female elven character (in this case man-haired Tandilwe) saying her dialog as usual before she says "Wait a minute let me do that one again" before repeating it again.

The best part is that they used FaceGen, a piece of software that makes absolutely fantastic faces. I don't know how they managed to screw *that* up.
