Scornage - Society kills

The Band Scornage was founded back in 1998.
At this time some members of the original line-up had already a lot of experience in playing hard music, due to have played in the legendary german Thrash Combo "Graysten".
In the year of 1998 Tom Freyer (dr), Peter Povse (gui) and Andy Thelen (Voc) joined the two veterans Volker Rahn (gui) and Markus Breuer (bass)...Scornage was born!!!
In 2000 the band recorded the self-released Mini-CD "Ascend" which spreaded good news in the Underground Scene.
In 2001 the band toured across Germany and Belgium with the Japanese chaos-combo "Terror Squad". At this time former Vocalist Andy Thelen was replaced by Session-Vocalist Christoph Fritz (now: Cause of Divorce).
Christoph could also be heard on the internet-ep "Aggression" that was released in early 2002.
Shortly after guitarist Peter Povse left the band to start his own project (InRuinen).
In the summer of 2002 Achim Sankul (gui), a former "Graysten"-member and Guido Grawe (voc) joined the band.
In may 2004 the first full length Album "Sick of being Human" saw the light of day and once again was a remarkable success in the underground scene.
The "Metal Underground Madness Tour Part II" followed shortly after and allowed Scornage to play across whole Europe supporting the Japanese Thrashers "King´s Evil".
On October, 27th, 2006 their latest opus "Pure Mototrized Instinct" was released via Remedy Records, so they can present their new songs on various festivals and concerts.
Scornage are well-known for their aggressive and tight performances, that leaves nothing in question for every Thrash-Metal Fan across the world.
Just ask the crowds that saw them on their countless Support-Shows for acts like Sodom, Hatesphere, Crowbar, Tankard, Dew-Scented, Deicide, One man army and many more....
So watch out and beware of the AGE OF SCORN.....
