Rain Delay at Nationals Park 5.16.09

The beginning of the rain delay during a game between the Philadelphia Phillies and Washington Nationals on May 16, 2009. The groundscrew had a problem with the tarp (see other video) because of the sheer amount of rain that came down, as you can see. I had an umbrella and it worked out for me, but soon after it became so heavy and windy that I had to run for cover.

The game never started back up and it was called during the top of the sixth inning, Phillies won 7-5.
