Why do we take vitamins and Pauling Linus endorsed/advocated it. Antioxidants and Free radicals explains and demonstrating how vitamin E prevent the oxidative damages on meat.

  • vitamin c in huge doses strengthens your immune system. then it's up to your own body to fight the illness.

  • The Mayo Clinic study didn't prove anything other than that oral administration of vitamin C isn't sufficient to achieve a tumoricidal effect. It is not a valid replication of Cameron and Pauling's study since they administered vitamin C intravenously.

  • The reason why orthodox medicine dont want to use vitamins is because theres is no profit on it, you cannot patent natural substance like vitamins. Patents makes huge profit for Big Pharmaceutical company.

  • Not sure what the point of this video is; sure, a vitamin supplment once a day probably won't hurt you. But Pauling's idea that vitamin C cures care was refuted over twenty years ago by the Mayo Clinic. If the point of the video is to say you should exercise and eat right...that's old hat. The IMPORTANT question is HOW to get people to do this -- and soulnik ナンセンスを停止しなさい
