    If I had 30 minutes with Richard Epstein; I would ask the following question: What is the Constitutional formula for derregulation, repeal, and abolition of programs, laws, statutes, etc. I don't think our founders foresaw the need and we have many that have clearly failed. Perhaps a topic for a future interview? She hopes...

    The Department of Does The Damn Thing Work. (D.D.T.D.T.W.) sounds like a good idea, but I can't help but feel that the name will prove ironic once the department, like most government institutions, will itself becomes defunct i.e. announcing the Constitution and Bill of Rights does not work.
