  • @1333fuller "Don't judge a book by it's cover". VW has over 6 tablespoons of sugar including crystalline fructose. This form of fructose suppresses insulin production and leptin (appetite). This leads to increased hunger and weight gain. Believe it or not, most of our decisions are basted on physiological and chemical tactics, not truth. One of the biggest reasons why processed fructose is used is to increase appetite which leads to more consumption of their product. The truth- drink water.

  • @1333fuller Thank you for watching. If vitamin D is the only concern for you, we do have a blood test specifically for that. Go to our website (posted on our channel) and search for 'vitamin D'. You want the 25 hydroxy vitamin D test (inactive form).
