What does the indictment of a sitting head-of-state, Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir,by the International Criminal Court (ICC) mean for sovereignty? Is the ICC jeopardizing the peace process or is there an immediate and legitimate mandate to seek justice?

  • By far the most informative debate on the subject of the ICC and the President of the Sudan, on the net. As a Sudanese who hails from the troubled region of Darfuri, I learnt a great deal from the intro presented by this charming French sounding professor.
