My ESP9 is a piece of crap too. At least now you know what is wrong with your ink guzzling piece of junk.
Kodak support out of India is a joke, they are just reading off a screen, I can do that myself. George Eastman must be turning in his grave. Kodak has turned into a real garbage producer.

I am having issues.....again........calling Kodak to get the fourth printhead. They say this isn't a common problem. Well it seems to be common to me. Call them up and the first thing you hear is "press one for english". And when you talk to someone....it might be english to them....but not to me. I am about ready to junk this thing. I have a 10 yr old HP printer that has never given me any problems. Sorry to vent....but just about had it with Kodak and their junk.

Kodak does stink My 5300 had a brand new color ink cartridge a month ago and I never did print in color JUST BLACK and today it says Color needs replacing and the black is still only 1/4 filled

Yeah these printers are junk, I bought a 5300 1 1/2 years ago, used it maybe 20 times and today to a total crap. KODAK stands for JUNK

They have sent me 3 printers in 1 year. The most recent one works but is noisy and shakes. ..at least it works for now.

Yes, We had to replace our Easyshare that was less than 1 year old. Had printhead issues and had to wait for print heads to be mailed to us. Had software problems to would cause us to have to reinstall the software several times. Buyer beware. We also posted a youtube video
