Compare to wii fit which I tried, this one has more freedom, Quite accurate for all people attending the events. Its able to follow quite closely to the vital points. There are only a few people who will be having slight problem if they wear those other types of clothes which break the shape of a human body.
Like all sports , if you are proactive with the game its pretty good workout and you can really sweat.
