Ondoy floods Manila Domestic Airport tarmac (with captain announcement)

Flight was cancelled before taking off and we were deplaned at NAIA Terminal 3 where we had to wait for more than 6 hours for our luggages to be brought down from the plane and people from Zest Air to coordinate with us on what to do with our bookings.

That was actually either the pilot or first officer speaking because it was an announcement from the flight deck .. and he did say *suspended* it's just that the "-d" is hard to understand.
