  • I believe any genre FOTN turns towards, they'd make it sound amazing.

  • But it's still FotN.

    And I fuckin' love it.

  • @nefhead very agruable. Though Elizium was their opus magnum, Zoon was excellent, and so was this album

  • Everything McCoy or the other nef members have done since Elizium has been a step backwards!!!

  • I don't think they're being experimental here...he's telling you something rather important in all this.

  • My favourite track on Mourning Sun.

  • FOTN is one of those bands that are genre defying, in the best sense of the term. The interviews with McCoy that I have read said that they had originally envisioned the band as more of a Metal band, and that sound just kind of evolved on its own. Gothic is not a term I object to, but they are in a category all their own. And every album produced is a work of art...

  • @Altergothic

It seems like you're easily damaged :-P

Of course no music can damage you, only if you want it to...

  • This song is posessed by demons. Like Melt (Zoon) and Submission (Elizium) - this Unholy Trinity can make you real damaged..

  • classic in new suit, yet still classic

  • I still believe that FOTN are still gothic rock in some way, just being experimental for now
