This is the third monthly report for Outsourcinglive and each report will show you how this blog is performing with traffic and also how it get's outsourced and managed by a virtual team.

My Goals For Outsourcing Live:

* To work no more than 12 hours a week working in my business by 31st December 2011.
* Have my virtual team build 5 niche websites and following automated procedures to generate a steady 4 figure income by 31st December 2011
* Get OutsourcingLive.com to rank in the top 5 spots in Google for the keyword "Outsourcing" you can see that in my 90 day challenge.

Results:

It's been a great month and I'm getting ramped up to improve this blog's traffic and community interaction over the next few months. I've got some exciting things lined up and will share with you soon...

Let's take a look at how we went first. OutsourcingLive.com moved up 4 spots since last month and that is a great result. It shouldn't be too much longer before we hit the first page of Google. Also traffic did increase by 12% over the month and the site has progressed once more to capture new subscribers. We did also see that people were staying on longer to watch the videos compared to July so it's obvious that my content is relevant. Though social interaction could be improved a lot more and that's where I want to engage with the community more often.

Although, I didn't reach my goal over the 90 days with my challenge to reach the first 5 spots on Google for the term "outsourcing" I'm still very happy with what we have achieved over that time. From a stand still of almost zero visitors a day to having now over 4,000 visitors a month is a great achievement in a short period of time just from implementing the backlinking strategy that works that Pat shared with on his blog and the same one we used for our Niche Site Duel challenge. I will still continue to report monthly of what's happening with our traffic and our ranking and at the end of this post I will share with you some new goals.

Anyway, here are some highlights for the month of August...

* We moved up 4 spots to 12th place on Google
* Overall income from niche sites increased by 25%
