The Count meets Cookie Monster - Classic Sesame Street

The face-covering is a reference to the Bela L. version of Dracula & the whole reason for the Count's existance is due to the part of the vampire lore where it's said that if you put something--preferably something small, like rice--in front of a vampire, they would be compelled to count whatever that thing is before giving chase.
