those sea bass aren't sea bass they are farmed ,,how do i know this because of the size ,,next time you go to the market ask them ,,always ask for sea bass not bass they always have sea bass mixed in with farmed bass and if you ask for for sea bass they have to give you sea bass ,,sorry you have been mugged ,,also dont spread that butter over the fish or the flour ,,just pan fry the fillets in a bit of oil then put a little butter in right at the end ,,,kids around hot pans no no no
