@derocka inner city born and bred. so as far as knowing the motivations i think i have a good idea as i went to school with many of them and have grown up around people who think acting and creating a ghetto attitude, when there is no ghetto, is cool. they're basically obsessed with U.S. gang culture. i agree the adults are now powerless, however these same adults must've seen it coming and chose to ignore it. respect to you for trying......

These people have no respect... it basically boils down 9 times out of ten .to the parenting of these children . the political situation and its down falls.ie. not having enough police on the streets let alone reducing them .as the tory idiots want... and the media culture .
