i spent the money on this thing and then lost the templates and alesis does not have any to replace them!!! The only removable part, they don't carry replacements!!! What kind of BS show are they running? I have loved and used alesis products for years and i have never seen such a blunder! Any one have Logic template i can have? I would settle for a scanned copy but alesis won't even provide that for me!!! hard to forgive this one! you have alot of compitition out there alesis and i'm looking!

@franklinpeach first of all i have a pro studio, ive worked at other pro studios and my company has major record label business so i know whats industry standard. the converters are rock solid and sound about as good as they can get. the faders are sensitive, lighting fast and accurate. its ultra silent and it doesn't even get hot. i use it with logic and it works seamlessly. when u really learn it you'll be controlling ur plugins with it as well. its an all in one and does the job professionaly

@jnyce695 thanks for the reply man. Is it any good? Noisy? What software do you use with it?

Hey Alesis Staff. Do you guys sell any stand alone audio workstations, portastudios, or studio in a box by any chance?
not happy with the price? you have got to be kidding me....no other product on the market offers high quality 192 khz audio interface with jitter suppression, motorized faders, DAW integration with major softwares, assignable buttons, etc...

You're talking two different things here. The sample freq refers to the fidelity of the digital representation of the analog wave form. It has nothing to do with the actual sound freq which is what human don't perceive below 20kHz.
Think of it as slices of the analog wave form. Higher sample rate means more slices equals closer representation of the actual wave form.
