This is how you can see Jupiter through my telescope.
Zo kun je Jupiter zien door mijn telescoop.
Ceci est Jupiter vu à travers mon télescope.
So könnst du Jupiter sehen durch mein Teleskop.

For this special occasion, the seeing conditions were finally pretty good : )
You see the four moons of Jupiter (Galilean Moons), the Great Red Spot and underneath that, a small black dot. That 's the eclips shadow caused by Europa.
The Great Red Spot is a giant hurricane about 2 to 3 times the size of Earth. Since its discovery, about 300 years ago, it has been continuously whirling.

Omegon Telescope EQ2 Mount (Newtonian Reflector)
Focal Length = 920 mm (= 36 inch)
Mirror Diameter = 130 mm (= 5 inch)
Focal length used eyepiece:
10 mm (= 0,4 inch)
Also used a 2x Barlow Lens
Magnifications: 92x, 184x
Filter used: Baader Planetarium Contrast Booster
