I have the scope, too, and experiencing weird effects.

@tinkerwithstuff - As I mentioned below, I don't have the scope anymore - but, yes, you'd be well served to post your problem at eevblog.com, where you can certainly get help. Tinhead is the moniker of the resident expert of the Hantek scope there.

Is there a way to compensate for only 2 channels? Ie: compare 2 live channels with 2 channels in memory? something like that?

@mrCbeems - I don't have the scope anymore (I borrowed it to try it out), but you can (as with most DSOs) view a reference waveform (which you've saved earlier) alongside the two realtime waveforms.

What about the UNI-T UT2102CEL ?

I have the Hantek dso1060 and it hangs from time to time even with the latest firmware.
