How to free the Companion Cube

This is a response to my video "How to save the Companion Cube." I left it infront of the fizzlers and I just figured out three days ago how to get it past them:

go to console and enter sv_cheats 1 and then sv_portal_placement_never_fail 1 and shoot a portal (blue lets say) outside the fizzlers. open console again and type change_portalgun_linkage_id 1 and go through the fizzlers. TEH PORTAL WLL STAY!! then console enter change_portalgun_linkage_id 0 and shoot orange portal and collect CCube.
YAAA!!!! CCube and Portal PWN!!!!!

EDIT: I used this before I heard of Fraps. Next portal vids will be with Fraps k?

@D00DLES14 yea, and with this cheat its possible to take the ccube to the battle with glados. you can even pick it up after you destroy her and be carried into the light with ur best friend.
