I became a fan of David Archuleta during season 7 of American Idol. In numerous interviews, David claimed he has much respect for the artistry of Eva and his dream duet would be with Eva Cassidy. I was introduced to Eva's music during the 2002 Winter Olympic games, when Michelle Kwan skated to her hauntingly beautiful rendition of "Fields of Gold". I decided to make this video of two artists I greatly admire to see how they would sound together. I claim no copyright in this video, and, I'd like to thank the fans of Eva and David in the use of the elements contained in this video. I'd also like to give a very big thank you to Rabid, who graciously allowed me to use his graphics in the making of this video.

David and Eva duet is a good idea. I love both singers but "duet" singing on top of each other is not a good idea. I think this would work a whole lot better with each singer alternating consecutive parts of the song. Eva/David fans, what do you think?

I hope David gets to see this. If anyone has a way to get it to him, I think he would be pleased. They both have such beautiful voices. I sure hope David has at least one song like this on his album. Great Job! Thanks for sharing.
