1.- If you don't understand probably you are sick or you have mental problems.
2.-Check the date of the video, is a little old, that's why is in japanese, the english rom wasn't avaible.
3.- Mario Galaxy DS is a homebrew, you can downloading by searching in google Mario Galaxies Homebrew or something like that...
