@SuperUniverse555, there are several ways to do this. Just press -Left- Control Key once, when orbiting a star or planet, or keep pressing it until you get there.
This should take the camera to Sagittarius A*, the black hole at the center of our galaxy. Currently this is the only black hole represented.

@SuperUniverse555, that star is named Enif. A pulsating star in Pegasus, 216 times the Sun. Here viewed in accelerated time. You can use the 'Star Selector' to find it by name. A very interesting case indeed.

@titanicice19, the star swallowed by the black hole is a fictitious one, so there is no particular time or date.
Inside the simulation program, just wait a moment near the black hole until a fictitious star appears. Remember that you can speed up the time clock.
It is fictitious because such event has an average of 10,000 years to happen.
