For those of you wondering why he didnt defend his crown the next year...just look at the first dunk alone and then think about the dunk contests years later. He could of won 5 in a row lol

rocheeeee I'm 5 10 and I can do reverse 180 dunks. Truthfully, anyone can do it, just workout the right way. I used the training at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) but any workout could be followed if you can check they generate results
