I just recently came back from Russia, St Petersburg to be exact.(numerous times) Is that time variance sufficient? That is not the only other timezone I have been in but my point being is that despite the American propaganda the people there r actual thinking human beings and not anatoms like in the States. Big screen TVs and Miller light are not life's necessities like they r to Americans which majority of them never see the neighboring states
