Interview Stéphane Vincent, executive director La 27e Région

Stéphane Vincent is the executive director and founder of the French innovation lab La 27e Région. In this interview Vincent talks about the way La 27e Région works (friendly hacking) and how their work is received by civil servants and politicians in France.

Stéphane Vincent joined the FING (The Next Generation Internet Foundation) in March 2008, after working 6 years in a local government administration and 7 years as a consultant and associate director for a consulting company. He regulary writes for international publications and participates in workshops and symposiums. He received the German Marshall Fund in 2005.
