The tune is Boards of Canada's "Music is math".

If u can make a beat where that guy is giving a speech is talking at first, n then add some bass 2 tha background music. That would be tight!!

wow, i remember that situation A LOT different! i remembered he was crossing the street, stopped in front of them, they stopped, then he left....

@1pL4yDRuMz98 Half the comments have been about that, and that kinda pisses me off. Not obeying orders (to kill civilians) is really not comparable to standing in front of tanks, from an army who just killed thousands. Not comparable.
