GH 01.02.02 - Edward finds out he was set-up

Alan compliments Edward and asks him to join the rest of the family at the table. Edward says he has a new family to ring the New Year in with. Courtney asks Jax to point out Edward Quartermaine to her, which he does. Courtney informs Edward that nothing happened between him and Janine, that the whole thing was a set-up. Edward is all too happy to say I told you so to everyone. The family, however, is dubious. They all file out to try and catch up with Courtney. Skye approaches Jax who realizes that she already knew Courtney was telling the truth. Skye admits it, which Edward overhears. Edward is furious with Skye, but she makes no apologies. She refuses to give back ELQ. Alan steps in and tells Skye that she's broken his trust in her. Edward promises to make Skye pay. Kristina asks Ned if he's going to go smooth things over, but Ned wants to dance instead.
