Found this on worldstar - The dude in the red was drunk as hell and was trying to drive and pick up his daughter. But his homie wasn't having it! So he sends a clear, powerful (and rather painful) message to him and anyone who wants to drive drunk. Talk about tough love!

Choking someone unconscious is perfectly safe. Around 30 seconds of no oxygen is when brain damage starts to occur. A few minutes and death will occur. People get choked out in grappling all the time and they're fine. This dude had lack of oxygen for 4 or 5 seconds max, perfectly safe
