Eh, I wouldn't necessarily call it Sludge Metal. I'd consider it more along the lines of groove metal. If it was heavier/grittier (more of a High On Fire taste), then it would be more sludge. Either way these guys are fucking sick. IMO a Mastodon, Baroness, High On Fire tour would be one of the single greatest musical moments of my life

Oh my god I'm so looking forward to seeing them live in january!!! this performance is amazing, but the blue record is excellent (my album of the year) so I guess it will be a great live experience!

I was supposed to go to a show on the Mastodon/Baroness/BTBAM but Mastodon had to reschedule as Bill got sick. =( didnt get to see Baroness or BTBAM.

ugh! nice friends you have. they stayed 2 times at my flat in innsbruck on there eurotours. there are friendly in deed but they stink way out man!!! i supported them with fresh sock and some liquour for our noses.
