One of the problems that Nasa has never achieved in its history is getting the General Public up thier.I was a submariner on a Nucleur powered submarine that got to drive the most advanced in american engineering with just 2 years of colledge on record.You have to close the gap between those 2 worlds fellas or you lose out when it comes

Is it possible to release that oxygen in the dust into the atmosphere and will it be enough to terraform the planet?

Question, I am a student attending my local community college. My major is Astronomy. I would like to go to either CalTech, or Berkely. Do you have any advice? Or names of people I should contact?
