I have had requests for tutorials many many times but I just never got around to do it. He's cute though so I thought it was time to make a design with him ^^ and I'd just received a few elf polishes in the mail. The mint green polish looked like it would make a good background for him :)

@smilesformee you can get rhinestones in many sizes :) I even have some I never use because they're smaller than the 'standard' size
