They are definitely monks. I taught these guys for 3.5 years.I just moved home a few months ago back to the statesbut was previously living with these exact monks for the past three and a half years at Shri Diwakar Vihara. I was getting homesick for the guys. This really cheered me up. I'll tell them next time I call that they are YOUTUBE celebrities.

It was in Kalimpong, West Bengal, India. The monks of Karmapa celebrated Losar - Tibetan New Year at beginning of Feb 2008. This is traditional Bhutanese dance :)

You are right, but this time they changed their clothes for the dance. It is traditional Bhutanese clothes.
