X-men Colossus Ultimate Vol 1

Piotr Peter Rasputin nació en una granja colectiva en la Unión Soviética llamada "El Lago Cercano", colectivo Baikal Ust-Ordynski en Siberia. Vivió allí con su madre, padre y hermana pequeña, Illyana. Su hermano mayor, Mikhail, había sido astronauta ruso y había muerto, al parecer, en un accidente espacial. Las habilidades mutantes de Peter aparecieron durante su adolescencia cuando un tractor fuera de control iba directo a su hermana. El profesor Charles Xavier entró en contacto con él. Xavier reclutaba un nuevo equipo de X-Men para rescatar al equipo original, cuya mayor parte había sido capturada por la isla viviente mutante, Krakoa.

Peter acordó dejar a la comunidad de granja donde él nació y fue criado para ir a América con Xavier. Xavier le dio el nombre Coloso y, junto con los otros nuevos X-Men, rescató al equipo original. Después de que la batalla fuera ganada, Coloso permanecería en los Estados Unidos junto a los nuevos X-men.

ive olways had a huge crush on colossus and then ultimate come out i was wow , damn can u marry a comic book characters. maybe if i was in japan, but anyways he is awesome olways has been one of my fav. x men even when he turn bad. for awhile

His strength increases because it isn't only his skin that turns to metal, but his entire body inside and out out is composed of organic metal. That is why he does not tire or need to eat or breath when in armored form.
