  • for the love of god shut up, if folks were feeling good enough to go to the gym they're depression isnt severe enough to even prescribe meds!!!

  • This so-called "remedy" is interesting in theory, but I believe that depression has various causes. Also, there are differences in the severity of the depression symptoms in different individuals. I don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" solution to depression. Some people definitely need medication to help treat their depression symptoms.
